Trans Youth Challenge

As you know, the Bay Area TransYouth Association (BATYA) meets on the 2nd Thursday of

every month and recently celebrated its 4th anniversary! This monthly drop-in program features chaperoned and moderated supportive discussions and youth lead planning for special events. (HS Prom, Summer Picnic, Fall Bowling event, Titletown Winter Holiday Party) Free food, beverages, and gaming gift cards round out the drop-in sessions.

Last month, Martha Marvel issued a "challenge" to the trans youth -- extend an invitation and increase attendance -- the first month there are 20 trans youth present -- Martha will attend the next meeting wearing a pink tutu. Yes, you read that correctly; a pink tutu.
