Join the good folks at Pride Pathways Suicide Prevention for LGBTQ+ Communities on Monday night, June 1st, 6:00 – 7:30 pm for a FREE 90 minute on line presentation designed to deepen your understanding of how suicide impacts the LGBTQ+ Community and our allies.
This FREE program is intended for anyone interested in fostering supportive, inclusive, and affirming environments that promote LGBTQ+ mental health.
Participants will be able to:
• Describe how suicide affects the LGBTQ+ community
• Recognize suicide risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs
• Identify how to create protective environments for LGBTQ+ communities at home, school, and work
• Start a conversation with someone they’re concerned about
• Identify LGBTQ+ suicide prevention resources
