Potential Funding/Grant Sources

Genderbands is a well-known nationwide organization with a ten year history in providing travel grants to transgender individuals and their families, helping cover expenses for out-of-state gender-affirming healthcare. These grants can be used for travel costs such as airfare, lodging, and car rentals, and are open to both adults and minors with parental consent.​

The PFund Foundation, serving a five state area of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and/or the Native Nations therein sponsors a wide range of grant and scholarship opportunities serving Trans+ and gender non-conforming indiviuals, small groups, organiziations, and events.
