Another Potential First?

Dina Nina Martinez-Rutherford, the first openly transgender alder person for the City of Madison, has announced her bid for an open seat in the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 76th District, which includes downtown Madison and neighborhoods on the east and north side.
